For a limited time, you can sponsor one of just 64 official curling rocks that will be used in our new dedicated ice facility.
Add your name, family name, company name, or a special dedication to a rock handle and become part of every game played on our ice.
Sponsorships are $500 per rock handle, with pricing increasing to $750 once our dedicated ice facility opens, and each lasts five years.
Every contribution directly supports the buildout of a permanent home for curling in Southern California—giving you a lasting connection to the ice and our community.

How much does it cost?
$500 before opening. After opening, the sponsorship level rises to $750.
How long does the sponsorship last?
Each Adopt-A-Rock sponsorship lasts 5 years from the date of our grand opening. At the end of 5 years you will have the option to renew at the requested donation amount and terms at time of renewal.
What can I put on my rock?
A name, family name, short dedication or memorial message, subject to approval by OC Curling.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Orange County Curling Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and you will receive a receipt for your donation.
Does my rock sponsorship apply to my overall donor status benefit level (bronze, silver, gold, platinum, or diamond)?
No, your name on the rock for the term of the sponsorship is the benefit and recognition for this donation. Thank you for your generous support!
What if I sponsored an existing rock handle at the current OC Curling Club?
We GREATLY appreciate and value the support you brought OC Curling with your previous rock handle donation. Since we will be getting all new rock handles when we move into our new facility, we will be throwing a retirement party 🎉 for our current handles! You'll have three choices on how your existing rock handle will spend it's retirement:

We will return your rock handle to you, so you can keep the handle.

We will hang your handle on a wall in our new facility, on display in a prominent area of the club (likely to be used as a coat hanger for everyone to see).

You can renew your sponsorship with a new donation and we will renew your handle for 5-years in the new facility. In this case, you'll have the opportunity to change what is written on the handle.
